Anna Bell Lumpkin, age 87, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016, in Fairfield, Ohio. She was born March 7, 1929, in Talladega, Alabama. Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the Walker - Mt. Healthy Chapel , 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Cincinnati (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. Interment will follow Greenwood Cemetery - Hamilton in Hamilton, Ohio.
