Anna Mae Gardner, age 91 of Cincinnati, Ohio and formerly of Sandusky, Ohio was called home to be with the Lord on May 24, 2014. Anna was born on June 25, 1922 in Cincinnati, Ohio and she was the daughter of late Gabriel and Mary Gallman Lewis. Also, preceded her in death. Ex-husband Luther Nimmons, brothers Walter Poole Jr., Bruce Poole, Morris Poole and sisters Thelma Rice and May Poole. She received her certification in nursing in 1963 and work in the health field until 1990. She was a formal member of the Eastern Star. She leaves behind to cherish in her loving memory two sons, Lewis Gabriel (Lolite) Nimmons of Longwood Florida; and son David Nimmons of Cincinnati OH, two grandchildren, Gabriel A. Nimmons, and Cherese D. Nimmons. Anna leaves to cherish her memories, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends. The visitation with be at Vine Street Hill Cemetery chapel, 3701 Vine Street, on May 30th 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. services will be immediately following at 10:30 a.m. The Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
