Ann Carolyn Johnson, age 80, of Cincinnati, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, in North College Hill,  Ohio. She was born August 26, 1939, in Warsaw, Kentucky.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on  Saturday, February 15, 2020, at the Golden Leaf Baptist, 5910 Argus Road, Cincinnati  (45224).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow at 10:00 am on Monday, February 17, 2020 at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
