IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Angelette Louise
(Horton) Kennedy
March 2, 1956 – January 21, 2026
Angelette Louise Kennedy was born on March 2, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was an amazing mother, daughter, grandmother, niece, and friend to many. Known as lovely as Angie, she was truly one of a kind - beautiful, powerful, strong, full of courage and life. Angie was a devoted employee and supervisor at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and College where she dedicated nearly twenty years of service. She lived by the mantra "Treat people how you want to be treated,," and embodied those words every day of her life.
Cherished Relationships Angelette leaves behind a family filled with love, including her children, Ieisha Kennedy and Keyonate Kennedy, and her beloved grandchildren Marquez Hill, Markeal Kennedy, Ireisha Carter, Markayla Kennedy, and Aveyeon Kennedy. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren Aubree Hill and Milani Kennedy. Angie is survived by her siblings, Louis Cameron Jr. and Barbara Ann Cameron, along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Myeisha Kennedy; her sister Alice Walton; her brother Jimmy Cameron; her nephew Ralph Walton Jr.; her father Louis Cameron Sr., and her mother Alice Cameron - all of whom she loved deeply. Angie is now peacefully reunited in Heaven with the loved ones who passed before her.
To know Angelette was truly to love her. She was intelligent, kind, compassionate, and giving. Whenever someone was in need, Angie was always willing to lend a helping hand. She lived openly and fearlessly, and being in her presense was a true blessing. Like a sparrow soaring through the sky, she was full of life and love. Though her physical presence is no longer with us, the impace she made on so many lives will continue to grow stronger with each passing day.
