It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Angela  Smith, age 53, of Middletown, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Monday, September 1, 2025, in Franklin,  Ohio.   She was born on Monday, September 27, 1971, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Gathering of family and friends is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, September 12, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The memorial service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 3:00 pm.
