Andrew Fidel Lake , age 55, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 in Forest Park , Ohio. He was born October 31, 1962, in Charleston, Mississippi. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, March 10, 2018, at the First Baptist Church of Cumminsville, 3640 Roll Avenue, Cincinnati (45223). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park - Hamilton , 2421 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
