Andre D. Tolbert April 28, 1966 - December 28, 2022

It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Andre D. Tolbert, age 56, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on April 28, 1966, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Friday, January 6, 2023, at the Candar Training And Event Center, 10142 Springfield Pike, Woodalwn, OH 45215.  The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
