Ameshia Harris was born on September 15, 1987 to the guardian of Elder Pastor Lavette M. Harris and dad known as Ali McCoy in Erie, Pennsylvania.

She graduated with a diploma from Woodward Tech High School.  She was loved and cared for by so many people around the world.  Her name rang bells for sure, everywhere she went she knew somebody or somebody knew her for a fact.

Ameshia accepted the Lord at a very young age and she spread that love throughout her entire life.  She was the truth and in fact the strongest black woman who lived life to the fullest.  She loved even when love wasn't given to her.  She forgave with all her heart.  She was never the type of person to hate anyone.  She killed with kindness and loved with everything she had in her.  Ameshia also had brothers and sisters on both her mom and dad's side.  Momm's side: Kezziah Harris, Jamaika Alston, Shamaika Alston, and Jayonna Alston.  Dad's side: Porscha McCoy, Tavaon McCoy, Ali McCoy Jr., Alim McCoy, and Jaylon McCoy.  The list goes on for her dad's side.  Ameshia also had nieces and nephews who she love d and cared for dearly and they  cherished her.  She had many aunty's, uncles, cousins, god brothers and sisters who loved her.

Ameshia Harris is a first in many ways.  She was and always will be the beginning, the beginning of a new generation she made people in our family a 1st, the 1st great-grandchild, the first grandchild of Cynthia A. Freeman, the first child of Lavette Harris, the first to make many of second cousins, and its a title that no one can ever take away from her because she was always and forever will be One in a million.  Rest in the Lord Ameshia aka Sexy Pooh Bear.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Thursday, July 16, 2020, at the Walker- McMILLAN STREET CHAPEL, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.

Interment is private.
