It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Alexis Dominique Johnson, age 37, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, in Fairfield, Ohio. She was born on Friday, July 29, 1988.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00am until 12:00 pm, on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the Walker Funeral Home-Mt. Healthy Chapel 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Health, Ohio 45231. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

She will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Springdale, Ohio 45246.
