Obituary

Alexander Garcia Chapman,was born September 3, 1954 to the late John O. Chapman Sr. and Myrtle Brooks Chapman in Louisville, Kentucky. He was the third of seven children. At an early age he was baptized at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Alex kept the faith until the end. He often read the Bible, prayed and sang Praises to God. He attended Central High School in Louisville, Kentucky. Alex was an entrepreneur. He established contracts with local businesses as a window washer in Louisville and Cincinnati. He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Paulette Chapman of Cincinnati; his mother, Myrtle Chapman of Louisville; brothers, Ronald (Ginny) Chapman, Kevin (Susan) Chapman; sister, Angela Chapman, all of Louisville; children, Dante L. Brame, Taishell S. (Terence)Baines-Langford, Aledria L. Williams, and Alexander G. Baines, all of Louisville; grandchildren, Asia Brame, Terence Alexander Baines, Aanthelene White, Terence E. Foster Jr., Antionette White, Alexandre' Harrison, Alijah Baines, Chandra Baines, and Ariel Baines, all of Louisvlle, Kentucky and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services 2:30 p.m., Friday, May 30 at Hathaway E. Clark Funeral Home, 2718 Virginia Avenue, Louisville, Kentucky (40211) with Rev. Ron Weakley officiating.
