Alberta Bernice Blackburn, age 79, passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2019, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born  June 12, 1939, in East Gulf, West Virginia.

Visitation is from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm, on  Saturday, February 9, 2019, at the Rockdale Baptist Church, 539 Forest Avenue, Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati 45220.
