Adrian Jamel Horton Sr., age 49, passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  October 5, 1968, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, August 25, 2018, at the Inspirational Bible Church - City of Destiny, 11450 Sebring Drive, Forest Park   (45240).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
