Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Oasis Non-Denominational Church , 11300 Kenn Road , Forest Park (45240) with visitation from 9:00 am until 10:00 am. Interment at Spring Grove Cemetery.
