Kristofer Glen Ford, age 17, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015, in Montgomery, Ohio. He was born February 5, 1998 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Monday, August 3, 2015, at the James Temple Church of God In Christ, 1116 Lincoln Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm .

Interment is in Vine Street Hill Cemetery at Cincinnati, Ohio.
