Evonne Taylor , age 63, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born February 2, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at James Temple Church Of God In Christ , 1116 Lincoln Avenue, Cincinnati (45206) with visitation from 9:00 am until 10:00 am. Interment at Vine Street Hill Cemetery.

Evonne “Granny” Maurice Taylor was born on February 2, 1951 to the late Chord Hill and Minnie Hill of Louisville, Kentucky. She was born a child of eight. Evonne departed this life on April 16, 2014 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Evonne accepted Christ at an early age and united with St. Luke Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. McKennzie.
Evonne loved sewing for her grandbabies, planning family reunions, cooking for the holidays and being in the present of her family.
Evonne was preceded in death by her three sisters, Bonita, Patricia, and Carolyn; one brother Charles Hill.
She leaves to cherish her sweet memories; her fiance, Houston Thomas, four sons, Larry Hill, Anthony Hill, Paul Hill and Richard Hill and two daughters, LaShawn Hill and Rolanda Hill of Cincinnati, Ohio; 32 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
