Constance Elaine Farmer was born Constance Elaine Hall on July 14, 1952, in Evansville, Indiana. She was called home to the Lord peacefully on November 21, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She moved to Cincinnati at an early age with her family and graduated from Hughes High School. Raised with love by her mother, Johnnie P. Slater, and stepfather, Moses Slater, she was very kind and caring. It in Cincinnati where met and married Glenn Farmer, and they raised four children. She loved her all of her family and friends and was very devoted to her children.
Those that preceded her in death include her husband, her parents, and her brother, Dwight V. Hall, Sr.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her children: sons Shawn Hall and Juan Farmer and daughters Dawn Farmer and Tasha Farmer, all from Cincinnati, nephew Dwight V. Hall, Jr., also from Cincinnati, niece Kelley (Dennis) Broyld from Kennesaw, Ga., and a host of cousins, in-laws, friends and relatives.
Visitation is from 11:00 a.m. until 12 noon, on Monday, November 30, 2015, at the Holy Name Catholic Church, 2448 Auburn Avenue, Cincinnati (45219). The Mass of Christina Burial will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12 noon.
Interment will follow in Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
